Position Overview:
School Headmaster is responsible to lead in running the school (each campus) organization. As a school’s representative, a principal to have a clear vision, direction and leadership skills for the school’s academic and company’s requirements.
A good headmaster also has to foster a positive school culture that promotes high expectations, student achievement, and professional growth in monitoring and guiding the staff not only among teachers but also administrative personnel, and support staff.
Other than that, principal is someone that able to deal with external parties such as the Parents Teachers Association, State Education Department (PPD), Ministry of Education (KPM), State Religious Office, JAWI, and others as necessary. These include communicating information, handling complaints, documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
A principal also might still involve in teaching students in school but in minimum credit hours.
Requirements:
- Degree in any related field.
- Minimum years experienced in teaching or school organization.
Competencies:
- Negotiation skills.
- Naturally warms and friendly in public.
- Positive mindset.
- Able to work in a team and manage stress very well.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
