Post : Manager / Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement Sales and Marketing functions of assigned projects.
- To perform all relevant liaison and well versed with real estate agents, purchasers, lawyers, bankers, etc.
- To liaise closely with banks to apply, review and monitor the End Financing line.
- To procure and manage real estate agencies on sales, marketing, and commission payout.
- Strategize and design pricing and promotion packages that are attractive to prospects
- Responsible for sales launching.
- Monitor the sale booking & execution of SPA.
- Liaise closely with property agents and bankers on the loan application status.
- Carry out market survey and monitor development trends.
- Oversee daily operations in the department.
- Familiar with KPKT HIMS guidelines to apply, review, and monitor APDL.
- To liaise with graphic designers to manage & design marketing collaterals for social media & hardcopy collaterals.
- To plan sales gallery events and coordinate vendors where necessary.
- To plan marketing strategies, sales package and campaigns, and liaison with marketing agencies & designers on social media contents and advertisements
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Qualification :
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Experience :
-At least 3 years (s) of working experience in a Property Development Company
-Familiar with sales procedure, liaising with purchaser, bankers, lawyers, and authorities.
-Possess good communication skills
-Proficiency in written and spoken English.
-Self-starter, excellent organizational and analytical skills
-Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
