Position: Marketing Executive Department: Marketing
Location: Fraser Business Park, Pudu, Kuala Lumpur
Job Summary:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the company's marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the promotion of training and consulting programs. This position requires a creative and proactive individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and client engagement, along with advanced expertise in Facebook Ads management and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Campaign Management:
Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote programs and services.
Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to specific programs, such as leadership, sales, and customer-centric training.
Create captions, visuals, and interactive posts to increase audience engagement.
2. FB Ads Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Analyze ad performance metrics to adjust strategies for higher ROI and better audience targeting.
Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in Facebook Ads algorithms to ensure campaign success.
3. Program Marketing:
Collaborate with trainers and program coordinators to craft compelling marketing materials.
Promote in-house and public programs, ensuring alignment with company branding.
Highlight post-program successes to showcase program value and effectiveness.
4. Event Promotion & Coordination:
Plan and implement promotional activities for corporate events, conferences, and workshops.
Develop email campaigns and brochures for targeted outreach to clients and potential leads.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with client needs.
5. Customer Engagement & Lead Management:
Manage communication with potential and existing clients via email marketing and social media.
Respond to inquiries and provide pre- and post-event support to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, social media posts, and Facebook Ads.
Prepare reports to track KPIs, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI.
7. Creative Innovation:
Brainstorm and implement fresh ideas to position the company as a thought leader in the training industry.
Adapt marketing content to trends and audience preferences for maximum impact.
8. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including trainers, designers, and program coordinators, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Support team efforts to achieve individual and collective KPIs and objectives.
9. Brand Building:
Strengthen the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging and visuals.
Advocate for innovative approaches to promote training programs, like storytelling, customer success stories, and thematic campaigns.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and campaign execution.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge and execution of Facebook Ads campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
Experience in event promotion or marketing within the training and consulting industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
