JOB OVERVIEW:
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Junior Executive to manage and enhance the recruitment process across Mantra Communication and its group companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES & RESULTS
Your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Adhere HR policies and procedures.
- Handle recruitment report but not limited to hiring report, staff movement report and staff deployment report..
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Assist with performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
