Job Description:
As a Sales Assistant (Live Host), you will play an important role in boosting sales through live streaming on platforms like TikTok and Shopee. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

Live Streaming:
Create and prepare engaging scripts for TikTok and Shopee Live sessions.
Host live streams and interact with viewers.
Showcase product features, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
Customer Engagement:
Monitor viewer engagement during live streams and adjust content as needed.
Respond quickly to messages in the live chat to ensure customer satisfaction.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service during live sessions and handle any issues or inquiries effectively.
Product Promotion:
Learn about product details and promote them in a lively and engaging way.
Confidently present products in a creative manner.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the video team to record short videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Share creative ideas for social media content.
Additional Tasks:
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

Age: 18-29 years old.
Communication Skills: Confident, articulate, and comfortable in front of the camera.
Customer Service Skills: Able to assist customers professionally and warmly.
Technical Skills: Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live, and other social media platforms.
Experience: Experience as a live host or content creator is a plus.
Personality: Outgoing, creative, and up-to-date with current trends.
Bonus Skills: Makeup skills are an added advantage.
