Customer Service cum Sales Executive (Mandarin speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the clinical operations flow, receiving telephone call or email, handling Whatsapp enquiries, assist customer for product/ service enquiries, and customer payment collection.
- Be the main liaison between client and clinical operations to ensure smooth communication, appointments and arrangements.
- Actively promote product, service and ongoing promotions to customer
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and suggest relevant product or services
- Service recovery and feedback management.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in both English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven experience in customer service will be considered a plus.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Preferably a detailed oriental and fast learner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
