MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
→Contact window between customers and ASJ with regards of customers' order.
→Receive and process PO from customer and liase with planner on schedule date. Reply to customers support date.
→Responsible to do rescheduling on the existing PO for pull in/push out ior cancellation and to arrange for the shipment.
→Planning for consignment stock at hub, arranging for the shipment and do consignment billing.
→Prepare shipping doc and liase with forwarder/agent for the shipment.
→Issue RMA/Credit Note/Debit Note
→Maintaining the part mapping and price for each customers into SAP system
→Assist Sales & Marketing team from time to time
→Responsible to do Month to Date report for customers' booking on weekly basis (Senior Officer).
→Any other work related with CS job scope
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
→Minimum STPM/Diploma holder
(Equivalent related experience may be substituted for educational requirements)
→Fluent in English is needed.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
