Export Sales Executive
- Prospecting for New Business: Identifying and attracting new clients, generating leads, and developing a sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and carrier contacts.
- Selling Freight Solutions: Designing strategies to sell the company’s services, which may include cold-calling, telesales, and face-to-face client visits.
- Negotiating and Closing Deals: Quoting pricing, negotiating lanes directly with customers, and managing portfolios to maximize profitability.
- Customer Service: Providing end-to-end shipment cycle communication, supporting clients with complaints, and ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Account Management: Managing daily operations to ensure optimal service delivery to customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and carrier contacts.
