Responsibilities:
Account Internship
- -Assist in preparation of full set of financial statements for various client from difference sector. -Handle reconciliation of accounts inclusive of bank reconciliations. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the accounting database -Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required by reporting manager.
Taxation Internship
- - To assist seniors to carry out any related field works -To assist seniors in collecting information and documentation in the planning stage. -To assist seniors in key-in information in the system -Drafting emails and letters, liaison with clients and relevant authorities. -Manage individual tax compliance matters for client which includes preparation of tax computations and tax returns and addressing employer and employee obligations -Perform other tasks as and when assigned
Company Secretarial Internship
- -To assist the company secretarial department in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions. -Ensure prompt response and delivery of documents to clients. -To assist superior in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties. -Maintain and ensure the statutory records, registers are properly kept and updated on time. -To perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties and administrative task required by the management from time to time.
Admin Intern
- -Assist with maintaining office facilities in splendid condition, ensuring that the stationeries and pantry are restocked weekly. -Able to assist with finding runners, technicians, plumbers, locksmith, pest control service etc. depending on needs and occasions. -Assist with raising purchase orders to finance whenever needed. -Usher guests at office to waiting area, and liaise with the internal staff whenever necessary. -Report to superior daily or weekly whenever needed regarding updates on the given tasks. -Assist with any other tasks requested by the superior or management whenever needed -Currently pursuing a Diploma/ Degree in Administration/Human Resource/Business Management and any related disciplines. -Good communications in both oral and written in English. -Have a great attention to details and be aware of the office surroundings at all times. -Can communicate effectively with the team members, superiors, operations support and the organization. -Adaptable in a fast-paced working environment -On job training was provided -Internship with 3 months is minimum period
