QAQC Executive

- Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods. - Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them. - Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance. - Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance. - Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines. - Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards. - Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products. - Ensure output recording accuracy for Human Resource KPI Data record. - Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis. - Collaborate with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Product QA teams to drive continuous improvement activities. Requirements: - Diploma / Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. - At least 03 years of relevant work experience in Production / Manufacturing. - Able to read CAD Drawings, technical documents, and manuals. - Have In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures - Critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot production issues and develop quality enhancement strategies. - Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills. - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. - Physical strength, stamina for standing and walking during inspections. - Able to work 06 days (Mon-Sat: 0830am – 0530pm)
