  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing quotation statements for advertising purposes. Review and validate the Departmental Estimate (AJ) prepared by consultants. Prepare the Departmental Estimate (AJ) to obtain a rough cost estimate for projects. Prepare Taking Off and Bill of Quantities based on site plans and specifications. Assist in reviewing Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and Contract Price Adjustments (PHA) prepared by consultants/JKR. Prepare Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and Contract Price Adjustments (PHA) based on current work progress and contractor claims. Assist in preparing the Final Account (FA) for project closure purposes, ensuring all final payments and adjustments are made. Attend quotation briefings to provide project explanations to contractors who pass the screening process. Prepare Rationalised Bills of Quantities (BQ) to align prices for contractors and ensure consistency in pricing. Prepare contract documents based on the quotation documents submitted by contractors to the RAC. Prepare and finalize agreement documents related to the project.
