a. Handle daily accounting functions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable, and other relevant accounting tasks assigned. b. Maintain adequate cash flow; ensure that the cash book and petty cash are updated. c. Responsible in overall credit control function. d. Prepare billing, collection and other charges. e. Checked and update invoices and banking transaction. f. Prepare Accounting related report. g. Issue POs to intercompany and monitor & follow up on the PO status. h. Arrange goods delivery as per team requests. i. Handle inventory management. j. Handle ad hoc basic admin tasks. k. Assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time.
