Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct training need analysis for every department to gather all training information needed by their department.
  • Propose training that related to the department and wait for their response.
  • Acknowledge the training nomination from request department and contact them directly for confirmation on the information stated in the request.
  • Find training providers that conduct training as requested through training nomination by request department.
  • Confirm information between request department and training provider to make sure the training achieved the training objectives.
  • The training proposal from the training provider to be review and advisable to be claim from Human Resource Development Corp (HRDC).
  • After confirmed, request for trainer profile, program tentative, training details and quotation from the training provider for HRDC claim purposed.
  • Maintain good relationship with HRDC person in charge.
  • Attend for any workshop or training organize by HRDC to gain new knowledge or for refreshment.
  • Make sure to follow HRDC procedure for any grant application together with attachment required.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training and development or related HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Passion for employee development and a commitment to fostering a learning culture within the organization.
