To perform day to day general administrative tasks

1. Quotation & Invoices:

  • Prepare and send out quotations to clients
  • Issue invoices and follow up on payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records

    2. Talent Recruitment:

    • Manage job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Ricebowl, etc.)
    • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
    • Send collaboration emails to potential partners or talent

      3. Office Administration:

      • Maintain a well-organized filing system for all company documentation
      • Manage office supplies and equipment
      • Organize company meetings, events, and team-building activities

        4. Claims & Documentation:

        • Manage staff claims and ensure timely submission and processing

  • Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Internet savvy
  • Excellent communication skills.
