Project Technical Lead-Glass Fiber RC

• Lead Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) projects by developing project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget. • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality control teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and the hotel specifications • Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. • Provide technical expertise in GFRC material design, mix design, and production processes. • Work closely with design and engineering teams to assess structural requirements and customize GFRC solutions accordingly • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure GFRC panels meet required standards and specifications by the hotel. • Supervise project team members, including engineers, fabricators, and contractors, ensuring effective collaboration. • Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates on timelines, potential risks, and solutions. • Mentor and guide team members in best practices for GFRC installation and handling.
