Site Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate a team of construction workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards - Monitor and maintain site safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations - Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate progress and address any issues that arise - Oversee the logistics and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment on the construction site - Assist with the planning and scheduling of work activities to optimise productivity and meet project timelines - Provide on-site training and support to ensure that all workers are competent and able to perform their duties effectively - Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the construction project
