- Allocate, Execute & Meeting individual Sales Budget by Volume & Value Target - Allocate, Execute & Meeting individual Direct Coverage target - Able to work with reporting line manager to develop a plan to address the market dynamic to capture on the market opportunities - Ensure and continue to explore on new business and channel opportunities - Ensure and directly involvement to discipline PDCA Cycle to all SR & ESR Tracking & monitor Sales Target, Direct coverage, productive stores - Ensure the reporting line team able to tracks on the execution in line with Marketing and Trade Marketing campaign and trade programs - Ensure the reporting line team able to develop, accrue and ensure the customer maintenances information accurate and in order such as Master Coverage Data, Monthly Fixed Journey Plan & Daily Sales Review Plan - Ensure Data Submission accuracy meeting 100% compliances - Ensure basic Standard operational procedures comply by company set direction - Ensure Distributors Inventory management with high compliances - Ensure the timeline of submitting claims reimbursement and collection of AR with the Distributors - To achieve Fieldwork days at 10-12 days a month with working with SR and ESR. - Ensure compliances of Trade Hygiene Management being adopted by reporting line team - Able to identify and propose training needs to support reporting line in the sales team and ensure EDAR training and coaching programs execute in within the agrees timeline. - Able to use basic IT tools to (excel, presentation power point, online meeting tools) in the daily operation function. - Willing to assigns new task to the reporting line sales team - Willing to be assigns to the new task by the reporting manager
