The marketing executives are responsible for performing all marketing tasks, which comprise tasks before, during, and after advertising is done within a certain period. Their primary objective is to achieve all the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the marketing campaign. Specifically, the duties and responsibilities of the marketing executives are as follows: 1. Set up new social media accounts (Facebook (FB), Google, YouTube, Tik Tok etc) according to the set amount to run ads. 2. Provide creative (Sales Sentence or 'Copywriting', videos, pictures) for advertising. 3. Providing a website in support of advertising / sales. 4. Create advertising through social media channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Tik Tok and monitor the performance of ads daily. 5. Obtaining sales as well maintaining a ratio (ratio) of Sales to advertising costs (ROAS) not less than 3.0. 7. Ensure to maintain at least three (3) successful advertising campaigns (winning campaigns) at all times. 8. Prepare daily reports according to the established reporting system / format. 9. Make an analysis of sales performance based on the data in Ads Manager as well as make conclusions or resolutions from the analysis made to ensure that repairs / improvements can be made. 10. Getting new ideas for advertising and/or exploring new methods or strategies in advertising including also exploring new tools / systems / software that can help increase sales. 11. Perform any other tasks as directed by management. 12. Carry out marketing tasks when required.
