  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

• Develop, write and edit programs using CAD/CAM software for milling operations, focusing on accuracy and efficiency. • Develop and debug new CNC Programs using CAD/CAM computer software & revising and enhancing existing CNC Programs for all types of CNC machines. • Developing existing projects on manufacturing process and recommended corrections and improvements for accuracy of CAD/CAM programs and reduced costs. • Select and align holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines. • Develop, edit, and fine-tune CNC programs to guide lathe machines in producing parts with precision and efficiency. • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to generate accurate machining instructions. • Configure and set up milling machines based on job requirements, including tool selection, workpiece positioning, and fixture installation. • Ensure that cutting tools and fixtures are in optimal condition for the production run. • Operate CNC milling machines, monitoring the production process for quality and consistency. • Conduct regular quality checks to verify that machined parts meet specified tolerances and quality criteria. • Perform routine maintenance on cutting tools and replace them when necessary, ensuring tools are in excellent condition for machining tasks. • Maintain a detailed record of tool changes and maintenance activities. • Identify and resolve issues related to CNC machine operation, such as tool wear, machine malfunctions, or programming errors. • Keep records of machine setup, programming modifications, and production data. • Offer insights and suggestions for process improvements and enhanced efficiency. • Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle times and enhance productivity. REQUIREMENT & SKILL • Minimum 5 years and above experience in CNC milling program. • Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules and operating. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification
