Skills -Must possess the ability to guide and provide trainings to operator. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. -Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. -Must have basic knowledge in metal fabrication, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components. -Able to operate hand and power tools, fabricate jig and mold; well experienced in operating forklift and overhead crane. -Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment; flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in major local languages. -Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities -Leading, monitor and supervised the production line progress to ensure efficient and effective operations. -Set a daily target, arrange manpower and materials require for production to run smoothly. -Monitor production line to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. -Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdown and minimize downtime. -Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production line. -Collaborate with other department to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency. -Maintain accurate records of production activities including output, time register, quality and downtime. -Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. -Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. -Liaise with Supervisor for daily and urgent production activities. -To assist supervisor on quality monitoring for every process. -To maintain housekeeping of production areas. -Inform Supervisor and QAC for any non-conforming parts detected. -Undertake and execute all works in a safe manner by complying with relevant laws, regulations, procedures, protocols and codes of practice to safeguard for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) of own self, other people and properties at workplace. -Other ad-hoc tasks directed by the superior/management.
