Data Center Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager with a strong background in construction to oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of data center projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality and safety standards. Main Accountabilities Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of data center construction projects, from initiation to completion. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution. Construction Oversight: Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Risk Management: Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to address delays or unforeseen issues. Reporting: Track project performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Electrical/ Mechanical or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in data center construction or related industries. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects with complex requirements. Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and networking systems. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
