Key Responsibilities 1. System Monitoring Monitor network, server, and application performance using various monitoring tools Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations Respond to alerts and notifications, escalating issues as necessary 2. Incident Management Act as the first point of contact for incident reports Log and track incidents from identification through resolution Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently 3. Operational Support Provide support for daily operations, including system maintenance and troubleshooting Assist with the deployment and configuration of new systems and applications Ensure all systems are updated with the latest patches and security updates 4. Reporting and Documentation Generate and analyze reports on system performance and incidents Document operational procedures, troubleshooting steps, and incident resolutions Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge base for common issues and resolutions 5. Continuous Improvement Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies Provide input into the development of monitoring and support strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Willing to work on shift (3 shift a day) Willing to work during weekends and public holidays Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
