About Us: We are an Authorized Automotive Treatment Facility (AATF) licensed by the Department of Environment, Malaysia, specializing in proper vehicle disposal and recycling. Our goal is to simplify the vehicle disposal process while ensuring compliance with all environmental and legal standards. Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. You’ll play an essential role in coordinating operational tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. While prior experience is an advantage, training will be provided, so don’t worry if you’re new to some aspects of the role. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do (with Training Provided): If you’re capable of managing the following, this role is perfect for you: Organizing and Coordinating: Handle towing assignments by liaising with subcontractors, workshops, and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are collected and processed on time. Communicating Clearly: Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, explaining the vehicle disposal process and answering related questions. Managing Data and Documentation: Accurately enter details into the system, maintain customer records, and prepare necessary documentation, such as Certificates of Destruction. Solving Problems: Address any issues that arise during towing or disposal, with guidance from the team. Daily Office Tasks: Support general administrative needs, like managing reports, filing, and keeping track of office supplies. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Once you’re familiar with the processes, you’ll independently: Coordinate towing assignments and follow up on their progress. Communicate with workshops regarding vehicle inspections and necessary reports. Track and monitor the progress of vehicle disposal cases, ensuring deadlines and regulations are met. Update customers and vendors on the status of their cases. What We’re Looking For: Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional languages are a plus). Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
