Lead Expert Managed Operations - SAP

ICT system administrators are responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer and network systems, servers, workstations and peripheral devices. They may acquire, install, or upgrade computer components and software; automate routine tasks; write computer programs; troubleshoot; train and supervise staff; and provide technical support. They ensure optimum system integrity, security, backup and performance. Responsibility: Provide Advisory (to smaller customers) and Delivery Subject Matter expertise (larger customers) to help customers understand the value that SAP and cloud technology can bring to enable their business Responsible for the Advisory Deliverable creation and presentation to customer stakeholders Contribute to Design Deliverables to ensure solution implemented is aligned to required project outcomes. Able to independently complete solution implementation for SAP workloads Able to learn quickly and keep pace with rapid changes in the cloud space, including the introduction and deployment of new cloud platforms and tools. Obtain and maintain platform and SAP vendor certifications. Experience and desire to work in a technology consulting environment that requires regular up to 40% travel. Technical Skills: Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis technologies. SAP Certified Cloud Certified Expertise in SQL Server Database. Availability/Disaster Recovery. Expertise in SQL AOAG. Expertise in HANA Database/HSR, HA/DR Expertise in Cloud, SAP Upgrade/Patching, Heterogeneous/Homogeneous Migrations, etc.
