Sales Processing & Planning Area International (Maternity)

Main Task Consolidation, verification and updating of the monthly RVP (Rolling Sales Forecast) and monitoring achievement. Maintaining daily and monthly reports related to sales, orders, stock and production status and ensure accurate tracking. Consolidation of the cluster needs within the Area with focus on order processing and sales management. Supporting in the coordination of the production slot management with your HQ counter parts. Supporting order management topics such as tracking of production and delivery information on a country, cluster and area level. Supporting the Cluster Sales Managers in regard to their daily tasks with NSCs and the individual clusters as well as central function. Support in commission processing by ensuring documentation completeness, verifying data accuracy and ensuring compliance with company policies General Task Comply with good health, safety & environment practice, all statutory requirements, code of conduct, company policies and standards. **This is a contract position to replace employee who is going for a maternity leave starting February 2025.
