Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met throughout operations. Key duties 1. Coordinating with Quality Control, Sub-contractors, technical teams, Material Procurement, and the Mould team for smooth production flow 2. Supervising and coordinating team, ensuring they are well-trained and efficient 3. Managing production budgets, minimizing waste, and ensuring cost-effective production 4. Overseeing the maintenance and servicing of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations 5. Continuously seeking ways to improve production processes, efficiency, and product quality through lean manufacturing or other techniques Requirements 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing or ready-mixed industries 2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 3. Must be willing to work in Rawang, Selangor
