Pharmacist (Singapore Hospital)

Pharmacist Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medication. You will be working closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Key Responsibilities: Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently based on prescriptions Providing drug information and guidance to healthcare professionals and patients Monitoring patient medication therapies and ensuring their safety and effectiveness Conducting medication reviews and making recommendations to improve therapy outcomes Ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards related to pharmacy operations Participating in multi-disciplinary ward rounds Managing and maintaining pharmaceutical stock and inventory Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from a recognized institution Registered with Pharmacy Board Malaysia Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night shifts) Experience in a hospital setting is an advantage Must pass an English proficiency test after successfully passing the interview Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM14,400.00 per month Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) License/Certification: Registered Pharmacist License in Malaysia (Required)
