The primary purpose of this position is to support and ensure smooth Vessel Operations activities, plus other tasks that the Management believes are within the abilities of the Job holder that fit with the Company’s strategies as circumstances dictate. Job Description : Ensure all vessels being declared accordingly into port system and authorities and updated regularly. Close monitoring & liaison with MSTVO/RVO/SPO/Master and terminal and timely updating of berthing prospect to all concern. Perform all pre and post vessel operations formalities with authorities and terminals/vendors. Preparation and submission of CBF to SPO for upcoming vessels. Vessel attendance and monitoring of vessel operations and periodic reporting of vessel ops progress/performance. Submission of TDR and all necessary reporting. Ensure timely & accurate processing of all vendor invoices (PSO/TES) Attend to all authorities/Custom matters/inspection for our boxes. Report preparation/submission of required reports. Job Specification : At least 2 years’ experience Good shipping, vessel operations and authorities’ knowledge. Poses at least Diploma/Degree in Transportation/Shipping/Logistics or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Good command in English, communication skill, proficient in written and spoken English Good teamwork player who understands the goals and objectives of the Dept. Good shipping knowledge (specifically OPE) and authorities’ knowledge. Familiarity with MS Office Applications and Port Systems.
