LIST OF TASK/RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead in managing banking and accounts. • Managing company's accounts payable and receivable including accounting documents. • Manage month and end-year process • Manage general ledger, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis and debt activity • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles • Coordinate and complete annual audits • Provide recommendations • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions REQUIREMENTS • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any other related field. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. • Possess Class “D” or class “B license. • Proven working experience in similar capacity. • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases. Knowing SQL accounting software is advantageable. • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to direct and supervise • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently. Team player. • Preferable Indian Candidate • Willing to start work around mid of May 2024
