1. Support the delivery of high-quality student services in areas including well-being, welfare, student development, sports, and extracurricular activities, under the direction of the Head of Student Affairs. 2. Assist in planning and executing preventive programs and activities that support student well-being and holistic development. 10. Provide assistance in managing matters related to international students, ensuring their integration and support needs are met effectively. 11. Undertake essential administrative tasks within the Student Experience department and provide relevant frontline support to students as needed. 12. Perform other student-related tasks or duties as assigned by the Head of Student Affairs/ Head of Department. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Student Affairs, Psychology, Social Work, or related areas). -2-4 years of experience in student services, student engagement, or a similar role in a higher education environment. -Strong organizational and event planning skills with attention to detail. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, staff, and stakeholders. -Ability to advise and mentor student leaders in clubs, societies, and sports teams. -Proficiency in maintaining documentation, reports, and data tracking. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. -Passion for student development and enhancing the student experience. -Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. -Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for events as needed. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with student engagement platforms is an advantage. -Experience in working with international students or multicultural environments is a plus. -Familiarity with higher education policies and student affairs best practices.
