JOB POSITION : QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
REPORT TO : PROCUREMENT MANAGER/PROJECT MANAGER/ DIRECTOR
QUALIFICATION : 2 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM SPM QUALIFICATION
JOB SCOPE
A Electrical quantity surveyor (QS) is estimator providing quotation, cost of projects documents for tender and assessing cost of impact such as delay and change of requirements. QS will be monitoring cost throughout the construction phase to ensure the project stay on cost. QS shall coordinate with supplier, contractor, clients, project team to identified the project needs. QS shall have strong skill of estimation, cost monitoring & abilities handling resolving dispute between the whole project team to ensure handover the project as per project cost and schedule. QS shall have strong analytical skills excellent negotiation and communication skills , knowledge of building regulation, contract law and cost control method , attention to detail . Time discipline management to meet the quotation, tender submission date. Beside this, communication and arrangement for material order within project progress and estimation arrival of material.

Job Types: Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM4,000.00 per month
