QA Supervisor

1. To inform the QA chemist/Production staff if any particular defect is observed frequently.
2. To distinguish between various defects, size.
3. To understand sampling plan.
4. To pick the correct number of glove for testing.
5. To ensure gloves are in good quality for packing.
6. To check sample carefully and hence direct the glove to the respective department.
7. To stamp the appropriate QA cards with AQL 1.0, 1.5 and 2.5 stamp.
8. To ensure QA room always clean & tidy.
9. To monitor workers & minimize absenteeism among department.
