Creative Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including product descriptions, brochures, website copy, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
Branding: Strengthen and maintain the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
Public Relations: Manage media relations, press releases, and public events to increase brand visibility.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Operation Support: Collaborate with Business Development & Event teams to provide marketing materials and support initiatives.
Technical Insight and Transformation: Transform complex concepts into vivid, intuitive and attractive marketing content such as pictures and videos to meet the needs of different audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma, Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
Min 3 years of working experience.
Proven experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in the medical device industry.
Strong understanding of the medical industry and regulatory requirements.
Excellent creative writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):

Experience in graphic design or content creation.
Excellent in video production.
Knowledge of technical.
Experience in event planning and management.
