Product Development & Sourcing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible / handle general purchase that involve sourcing, specifications & price evaluation, samples development and Purchase Order (PO) execution on general packaging material, project, and others.
• Local & overseas sourcing of Corporate Gifts & Premium Products and any client’s procurement needs.
• Sourcing vendors and develop products according to the objectives and requirement from Sales team and clients.
• Collaborate with Sales team to ensure the clients’ requirement and expectations is clarified.
• Managing item code registration, vendor registration, processing sales contract & issuing PO, tracking purchase orders and vendor invoices.
• To prepare the payment requisition for purchases.
• Manage project-based procurement, tracking production status, QC and liaising with internal logistic team for shipment arrangement.
• Liaise and follow up with vendors to ensure the product delivery is as per schedule.
• Manage repeating orders with vendors.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in business administration and/or relevant job experience.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in sourcing.
• Self-motivated, proactive, result oriented, highly disciplined, and able to work independently and efficiently under minor supervision.
• Excellent in written and communication in Mandarin is a must. This position requires to do sourcing from China to ensure there is no communication gap and able to perform the daily task smoothly.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
