Responsibilities:

    -Business Development
    -Identify and target potential clients in the Excavator Industry to expand market share. -Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. -Identify new business opportunities and continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction.
    -Client Relationship Management
    -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. -Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. -Conduct regular client meetings and visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    -Product Knowledge
    -Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Excavator Industry, market trends, and competitor activity. -Stay updated on the company's products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients. -Provide training and support to the sales team on the technical aspects of Excavators.
    -Reporting and Documentation
    -Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management. -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status. -Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Education

    -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

    -Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales within the Excavator -Having resources from competitor companies, Volvo, Caterpillar or Komatsu -Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. -Proven experience in a sales role within the construction equipment parts industry -Strong understanding of parts sales techniques and strategies. -Experience in managing a sales team is preferred

Skills and Competencies

    -Strong understanding of the Excavator Market and industry-specific dynamics. -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. -Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. -Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements

    -Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with customers or attend industry events. -Valid driver’s license.
