As an Assistant Creative Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development of innovative brand visuals and content that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure creative consistency and excellence across various channels.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong creative skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen understanding of current trends and best practices in content and visual marketing.
Responsibilities:
- - Creative Development
- -Creative Content Creation & In-store Visuals:
Design and implement brand collaterals across multiple channels – instore visual merchandising, prints (and relevant marketing touch points) that attract and engage customers, driving foot traffic and sales.
Work closely across departments and vendors to ensure smooth execution & delivery of collaterals.
- -Digital Visuals:
Producing creative content for social media, website, CRM, and other online platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.
Collaborate with Qra’s social media agency in ensuring consistent creative content delivery of the Qra brand.
- -Trend Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the Qra’s brand remains cutting-edge and competitive.
- - Creative Assistance & Coordination
- -Assist in providing creative input and ensuring content communicates key messages effectively, and aligns with the overall brand direction. -Assist in monitoring performance of marketing content, while providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance outcomes. -Collaborate to manage project timelines and resources, ensuring smooth workflows and the successful execution of assigned creative projects.
• Cross-Department Collaboration
- -Operational and Merchandising Collaboration:
Work closely with the merchandising and operations teams to understand operational feasibility, in-store products and brands, and customer needs.
Ensure that marketing materials are functional and adaptable for the operations team, effectively highlighting the products in-store in the best possible way.
- -Team Integration: Engage in collaborative projects across departments and within the organisation, fostering a unified approach to achieving company goals.
- -Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or a related field. -Minimum 5-years experience in the retail industry is preferred, or related work. -Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects). -Solid knowledge of Design and illustration such as print-based design, digital design (digital platform, e-commerce, social media). -Solid and current understanding of web, campaigns, and social media practices. -In-depth knowledge of brand development and multi-channel marketing models -Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects while ensuring timelines are met. -Experience working with a team (or teams). -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
