As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding market reach through various sales channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Channel Sales • Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand our sales network. • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, including distributors, wholesalers and retailers. • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and sales. • Provide training and product knowledge to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and represent the offerings. • Ensure the shelves where the products are showcased are maintained in terms of cleanliness and properly stocked up. • Monitor sales performance within the channel, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to maximize sales and market penetration. • Manage contracts and agreements with channel partners.
- -Event Sales • Identify relevant trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and other events to showcase products and generate leads. • Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, staffing and materials required for events. • Train and manage event sales staff to effectively engage with customers, communicate product benefits and close sales. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event-specific marketing collateral and promotional materials. • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the sales efforts and gather feedback for future improvements -Online Sales • Develop and implement online sales strategies to drive revenue through e-commerce websites, social media platforms and online marketplaces. • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize online product listings, including product descriptions, images and pricing. • Manage online promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to online sales channels. • Analyze online sales data and metrics to identify trends, assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. • Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the online purchasing journey from browsing to checkout and post-purchase support.
General Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. • Set sales targets and develop sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue objectives. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences and pain points and develop strategies to address them. • Continuously improve sales processes, tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management. • Lead the project on trademarks for the brands/products that company. • Any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time.
