Job Summary: We are seeking driven Wellness & Nutrition Consultant to play a key role in expanding our client base in both the B2C and B2B sectors. This role combines solution selling, enquiry leads conversion, and relationship management to drive sales across both online and offline platforms, with a focus on health, beauty, and wellness solutions.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

    -Engage with clients on their personal wellness journey (B2C) by providing tailored transformation programs and nutritional products that align with their individual goals and lifestyle. -Handle inquiries seamlessly across multiple touchpoints—social media, WhatsApp, calls, and in-person interactions—ensuring every client experience is positive, professional, and impactful. -Empower clients to achieve maximum results by introducing and supporting their use of our digital tools, enhancing both personal transformations (B2C). -Leverage digital platforms to identify, generate, and source quality leads, experimenting with innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement. -Drive measurable outcomes by achieving monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisitions, lead conversions, and program sign-ups. -Analyze and track progress by collecting valuable client insights and success stories, providing feedback that shapes future programs, marketing strategies, and product improvements.
    -Diploma/Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Health Sciences, or any related field. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, program coaching, wellness consulting, or other relevant fields. -Passion for building meaningful connections with clients and achieving measurable results. -Prior experience in the nutrition, health, or fitness industry will be considered an advantage. -Proven experience in face-to-face and tele-consultations is highly preferred. -Familiarity with social media platforms for lead generation and engagement is a bonus. -Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and/or English. -Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage to cater to a broader audience. -Exceptional time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple client relationships and projects. -Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality consultation services.
