Air Traffic System Maintenance Engineer

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Ensure required maintenance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently to meet objectives and in compliance to requirements.
2. Perform corrective maintenance on faulty equipment units and damaged structures as required.
3. Develop, implement and improve preventive maintenance procedures to ensure that equipment and systems meet required standard.
4. Plan, implement and monitor on-going maintenance, upgrade and installation activities.
5. Participate in meetings presentations to staff, consultants, BOD, authorities and approval agencies whenever necessary.
6. Attend site meeting and perform site visits/inspections and be proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
7. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance process.
8. Manage day-to-day activities on site and ensure completion within budget and in compliance with quality, environment, health and safety procedures.
9. Analyze equipment and system performance data and initiate improvement activities in equipment and system performance.
10. Prepare required reports and technical documentation on time.
11. Comply to organization’s Quality, Environmental, Safety, Health and Anti-bribery systems at own work area.
12. Train and develop subordinates and junior staff.
13. Other duties assigned by superior officer.
