  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Assist in food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas.
  • Ensure the buffet area is always well-stocked and organized.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
  • Work as a team to meet daily operational goals and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Support in event setups and special dining arrangements when required.
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not required (training provided).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
