- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Assist in food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas.
- Ensure the buffet area is always well-stocked and organized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Work as a team to meet daily operational goals and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Support in event setups and special dining arrangements when required.
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not required (training provided).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
