Responsibilities:
- To monitor all the payments to vendors and suppliers are paid timely and accurately.
- To monitor all the loans and overheads for business operations are cleared on time.
- To assist in financial and accounting reporting
- To prepare Invoices
- To assist in preparing financial and accounting reports for:-
- Annual business plan (Yearly)
- Monthly performance reporting (Monthly)
- Documents during external audits
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
- Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
