Responsibilities:

  • To monitor all the payments to vendors and suppliers are paid timely and accurately.
  • To monitor all the loans and overheads for business operations are cleared on time.
  • To assist in financial and accounting reporting
  • To prepare Invoices
  • To assist in preparing financial and accounting reports for:-
    • Annual business plan (Yearly)
    • Monthly performance reporting (Monthly)
    • Documents during external audits
  • Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
  • Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
  • Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
