Business Development Executive (Sarawak)

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY a] Handling of customer inquiries and feedback. b] Preparing quotations and submitting to superior for approval. c] Compiled necessary documents and mail to customers in time. d] Responsible to take orders and review the product and delivery capability. e] Responsible to handle customer complaints and convey to the concerned department for actions to be taken. f] Responsible to liaise with relevant dept. for any information required by customers. g] Responsible to send samples requested by customers. h] To undertake any other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior. i] Responsible on monitoring the compliance with ISO9001, ISO22000, BRC Standard and related documents. j) Look for new customers. a. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE d) STPM or 1 year experience in similar field. e) PC literate. c) Fluent in written and spoken English. d) Have pleasant personality and good communication skill.
