Job Description: 1. Handling overall pre & post-contractual matters. 2. Responsible for overall tendering, measurement verification and contracts administration 3. To determine and forecast the budget for the overall project and construction 4. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, with the architect and the client in accordance with the building and construction regulations 5. To prepare necessary documents, liaise and follow up with consultants for submission and approval status and ensure the consultant meets the deadline given 6. Able to handle tender from A to Z including identifying suitable sub-contractors to submit quotations and attend tender interviews if necessary. 7. Able to check, prepare and submit progress claims accurately and timely 8. Handles variation order and cost analysis for VO works 9. To prepare, verify and control material order 10. To assist in site coordination and site overall delivery. 11. To implement costing control policy/ SOP/ activities. 12. To lead and manage subordinates under your supervision 13. Perform any other tasks as assigned Job Requirement: 1. Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent in a related field. 2. Travelling from the office to various sites as required. 3. Preferably at least 3 – 5 years of working experience in the related field. 4.
