Land Surveyor

• Coordinate on-site activities and verify alignments and levels; • Assist in land development projects by providing accurate topographic and terrain data to aid in design and construction; • Monitor construction sites to verify that construction activities align with survey specifications and design; • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate interpretation and integration of survey data into project plans; • Oversee all survey related tasks at project sites; • Liaises with authorities to resolve site survey issues; • Maintain and responsible for all survey equipment; • Manage and file all survey works record; • Monitoring changes in the land during the construction process. • Assisting in preparing survey reports and drawings, setting out according to drawings. • Stay updated on relevant surveying laws, regulations and standards to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Communicate effectively with clients, team members and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns and to ensure project progress. • To undertake ad hoc tasks that may be given by superior from time to time.
