1. General Customer Service:

• Assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Supporting the check-in and coordination of participants for activities such as the Durian Master Class and farm tours.

2. Operational Support:

• Participating in daily operations, including preparation for tours, events, and educational activities.
• Assisting in inventory management, ensuring necessary materials and equipment are available.

3. Event Coordination:

• Collaborating with the events team to manage schedules and logistical arrangements.
• Providing on-ground support during events and activities to ensure smooth execution.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Engaging with different departments to understand the operational flow and processes.
• Supporting trainers and managers in their administrative and operational tasks.

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
• Able to speak in English.
