Job Responsibility
• Achieve service specifications in the construction industry.
• Execute sales support activities and manage key accounts in Singapore.
• Understand and interpret construction drawings (plans/sections/elevations).
• Design waterproofing details and collaborate with CAD engineers for drawings.
• Provide technical assistance pre- and post-sales at project sites.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and CRM.
• Record customer interactions, complaints, and actions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on sales leads and manage defect lists.
• Arrange site inspections and maintain communication regarding quotations, confirmations, and payments.
• Prepare sales-related reports and assist with quotations/invoices.
• Maintain open communication about unpaid invoices with clients and inform the sales department of overdue payments.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field.
• Prefer experience in sales/marketing, preferably in waterproofing products/services.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with Mandarin contractors.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
• Must be able to work 5 days a week.
