Job Desription – Digital Business Developer (Enterprise Sales SG)

Our innovative CLaaS delivers Competency Learning as a Service, to support work-integrated learning, digital solutions implementation, and just-in-time talent development.
Job Mission
You will drive business growth by engaging with enterprises, providing consultative sales, and promoting Lithan Academy’s programs. Your role will involve proactive outreach to companies, identifying their needs, and offering tailored digital learning solutions to support their talent development and digital transformation initiatives.
Team Structure
You will work very closely with the Enterprise Sales Team Lead to align strategies and achieve goals.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Set appointments with potential clients for the Enterprise Sales Lead.
• Engage with companies to understand their digital skills and talent development needs.
• Provide consultative needs-based selling to offer the best-suited digital learning solutions.
• Maintain and track sales activities and conversion ratios to achieve the sales targets set.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Team Lead to ensure successful client engagements and satisfaction.

Requirements
• At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, with B2B sales experience preferred
• Proven track record in hunting and setting appointments through calls and emails
• Consultative sales skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients preferred
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Passionate about upskilling and advocating for digital transformation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to learn and a good team player
Salary Range
3k-3.8k MYR (basic salary) with additional commission.
