The position will undertake or participate in the following activities:

Marketing:

    -Assist in idea generation, planning and executing marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, exhibitions, events and more on a monthly basis. -Ideate and produce creative content including visual design, videos and blog posts in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Website) to maintain strong online presence. -Develop new business opportunities via engagement with relevant influencers / KOL. -Respond to comments on each social media account. -Proactively spot trends, research new social media channels to improve users’ engagement & recruit new followers. -Work closely with the design team to produce content and collateral for all marketing activities. -Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. -Write and proofread marketing content for both online and offline campaigns. -Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertisements and SEO to ensure the right mediums are being used and campaigns are effective. -Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management. -Assist the Head of Marketing in any other ad-hoc tasks related to marketing or other departments.

Partnership

    -To identify new partnerships with brands and organizations that align with the company’s values, objectives and target audience. -To present the company's value proposition and explore collaborative opportunities. -To develop creative partnership proposals and pitches. -To assist with negotiating and finalizing terms and agreements with partners, managing timelines, deliverables, and reporting. -To build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with marketing goals as well as continuous collaborations. -To be the main point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns and regularly communicate updates, insights, and progress to partners. -Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners to expand reach and customer base. -To monitor key performance metrics related to partnerships and evaluate the success of collaborations. -To prepare regular reports on partnership activities, progress, and outcomes for management’s review.
