Job Description: 1. Assist in handling overall pre and post contractual matters, including tendering, measurement verification, and contracts administration. 2. Assist in preparing and reviewing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, in accordance with building and construction regulations, in collaboration with the architect and client. 3. Assist in determining and forecasting budgets for overall projects and construction, and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Liaise and follow up with consultants for submission and approval status, ensuring compliance with deadlines. 5. Assist in managing tender process from start to finish, including identifying suitable sub-contractors, obtaining and evaluating quotations, and attending tender interviews if necessary. 6. Check, prepare, and submit progress claims accurately and timely, and handle variation orders and cost analysis for variation works. 7. Prepare, verify, and control material orders to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials on site. 8. Assist in site coordination and overall project delivery, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards. 9. Implement costing control policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and activities to optimize project costs. 10. Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements: 1. Pursuing at least Diploma and above in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or equivalent in a related field. 2. Able to handle timelines with good update skills to superiors and all job related on hand. 3. Job Type: Full-time, Internship 4. Degree & Diploma both students are accepted
