- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around office building, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and emptying trash.
- Ensure walkways remain clear and free of debris.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Hands on cleaning, know how to use cleaning tools like vacuum cleaner and other tools.
- Must be able to organize the timing to clean a premises.
- Notify of any repairs/broken items or new cleaning purchase needed.
- Sets up, stocks and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Includes preparing beverages like coffee or tea for customers.
- Maintain a clean beverage preparation area.
- Monitor supplies of coffee, tea, sugar, and milk.
- Regularly check and clean all beverage equipment.
- Minimum SPM holder
- Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks with less supervision.
- Able to read and write basic English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
- High sense of responsibility and reliable
- Possesses working experience as a Cleaner
- Able to communicate in a polite manner with professionalism.
